A break in what looked like being a rather wet Friday morning saw pupils in Castle, Knight and Bishop battle it out to see which house could catapult a hardboiled egg the furthest distance.
Catapults of all shapes and sizes went head to head in order to win points for their respective houses.Castle proved to be the victors with 15 points, closely followed by Bishop with 11 points and Knight with 9 points.Prizes for the three furthest distances were also awarded to Elliot, Sophie and Danielle for a distance of 10.58m, Tilly and Ella for 8.99m, closely followed by Alex and Jess with 8.7m.All the pupils had worked extremely hard on their designs during the Easter holidays and a big thank you to all parents and family members for helping our budding young designers with this fantastic array of catapults.
WELL DONE LEAVERS OF 2018!
